Server list not complete?
Hi,
I updated a few days ago (revision 5441).
Now it seems I only see some of the servers, is this correct?

I also haven't seen the BBM CTF insta/rockets server online for a few days...but maybe this is a separate issue.

RE: Server list not complete?
I just saw that all 5 servers running on nanoid had crashed. I restarted them and they show up in the chaingun browser and the ingame browser.
They always show up in the chaingun browser, I check that every day more than once.
I also just saw a commit by Irritant that fixes a bug that crashes the server https://svn.icculus.org/alienarena/trunk/?sortby=date , maybe that was causing it.
I will keep an eye on it.

Wait, are you guys running public servers with latest SVN code? That's a big no no! It will only work with clients running latest SVN, thought that was made clear when I said all Gen3 servers must be passworded.

No, my servers run the old code, 7.66.1 but not gen 3. I stopped updating when you said so. Neal had the same problem and his servers run 7.66.
Up to which revision should the public servers be?

Oh, wait, heres the deal. We have changed the protocol, and it turned up an old bug from Q2. So if your client is the latest SVN you will crash old servers.
