Question  Set a Forum Display Name
Is there a way to change your Display Name - like we used to be able to do at ProBoards?

RE: Set a Forum Display Name
I tried editing your profile and couldn't find any way to do it. But I can set a custom title under your username...

Yeah, that's not really the same thing. For example, your Title is Moderator, if you change that to a custom title, then it will mask your Moderator status. This would be undesirable, no? Undecided

I can use a sig to approximately the same end...

The days of this forum are young yet, you may be able to register for a new account if you have a separate email address.

I don't have a problem masking my mod status. I'm like a ninja. A ninja with a purple nametag...

RE: Set a Forum Display Name
No need for a new account, I chose SubstreamAI on purpose and this is the account I want to use. I'm betting that it is possible to add a Display Name to the template so maybe that will be available later Cool

RE: Set a Forum Display Name
Here is a MyBB Plugin that will allow us to change our Display Name (not the login Name). As far as I can tell this is very similar to what we had on ProBoards. I would really like to be able to do this, I think its a good feature.

Edit: I see its installed! Woohoo, thank you very much!! Big Grin
